Erik Decamp

Graduate of l’Ecole Polytechnique, IFMGA mountain guide and former teacher at the French National School of Ski and Mountain Climbing. Erik Ducamp explored the mountains all around the world for long. He is also intervening  in the corporate world to share his experience and to discuss human interactions in a complex environment.

Sophie Lavaud

Himalayan climber and lecturer after a career in hospitality, the luxury sector, cosmetics and events. Sophie has climbed seven summits over 8,000 meters and is now involved in humanitarian projects.

Benoit Vraie

Benoit Vraie / Doctor in Management Science, author of numerous books on the management of risks and crisis. Senior lecturer at Paris 1 Sorbonne and sessional lecturer at Chicago University, HEC, ENSAM, EM Lyon and Grenoble. His research focuses on the ability to act and decide in an uncertain environment.


Marie-Laure Brunet

After a brilliant athletic career, double Olympic medalist in biathlon and numerous medals in world championships, her career and her approach directed her towards mental and individual coaching, in particular in the corporate world. Holder of an INSEP executive master, mountain enthusiast, she has developed a unique and dynamic approach that makes her an expert of choice for Mountain Path.

Luc Moreau

PhD in alpine geography, glaciologist, specialist in glacier hydrology and a CNRS researcher. He went on expedition in Iceland and Greenland. 

Ulrika Asp

Swedish, passionate about skiing, Ulrika discovered the mountains in Chamonix. After several years of experience, she joined the small circle of women IFMGA High Mountain Guide at the age of 35.

Eloïse Reybet-Degat

Sciences-Po Paris graduate, expert in marketing and project management. Eloïse has worked for 10 years in the cosmetic industry and is the former Marketing Group Manager of the European leader in luxury beauty care.
